Our online Human Resource Management course offers you the flexibility to earn a Level 4 (120 credits) IAB Diploma, a Level 5 (120 credits) diploma, or both combined (240 credits). This program is designed to equip you with the practical skills and knowledge needed to thrive in the HR field.
You can begin anytime and study entirely online at your own pace—no deadlines to stress about. Each module for both Level 4 and Level 5 involves around 40 hours of guided learning, along with 30 to 50 additional optional hours filled with exercises, readings, and interactive materials to deepen your understanding.
To successfully complete the course, you’ll submit 10 written assignments for Level 4 and 6 for Level 5. Each assignment ranges from 2,000 to 3,000 words. Upon completion, you’ll receive a Level 4 IAB and Level 5 Qualifi diploma in Human Resource Management. These qualifications also allow you to progress onto a university’s final year to earn a full bachelor’s degree.
