Our Leadership and Teamwork course gives you the flexibility to choose your learning path. You can complete a Level 4 diploma (120 credits), Level 5 diploma (120 credits), or combine both levels (240 credits) to build a comprehensive qualification that prepares you for success in the business world.
The course is delivered completely online, and you can start whenever you’re ready – no fixed dates, no pressure. Each module at both Level 4 and Level 5 includes around 40 hours of guided online learning. To help you deepen your understanding, we also offer 30 to 50 hours of optional learning resources such as practice exercises, extra reading, digital tools, and self-assessment activities.
To complete your diploma you’ll submit 10 assignments for the Level 4 diploma, and 6 assignments for the Level 5 diploma. Each assignment is usually between 2,000 and 3,000 words and is submitted online at your own pace.
Once you successfully complete the course, you’ll earn an internationally recognised Qualifi diploma, which can be topped up to a full bachelor’s degree at selected UK universities, either on campus or through distance learning.
