Our Level 3 Diploma in Engineering (60 credits) is built to help you gain the key skills and knowledge needed to thrive in the engineering industry. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to build on what you already know, this course offers a flexible and accessible pathway to your goals.
You can begin whenever you’re ready – no fixed start dates. The entire course is delivered online, giving you full control over when and how you study. Each module includes around 40 hours of structured learning, plus an additional 30–50 hours of optional materials such as exercises, readings, self-assessments, and online resources.
To complete the diploma, you’ll submit six written assignments – one for each module – with each assignment ranging from 2,000 to 3,000 words. Once you’ve successfully completed your assignments, you’ll be awarded an internationally recognised Level 3 OTHM Diploma in Engineering. From there, you’ll have the opportunity to advance onto a full bachelor’s degree at one of several UK universities.
