You’ll study how market research is conducted and why it matters. The core of this section revolves around the marketing mix—the four Ps—and how businesses use marketing tactics to influence customers both locally and internationally.
4. Operations Management
   You’ll explore the production side of business, including what production means, various methods used, and ways to boost productivity. This section also covers production costs, break-even analysis, and the importance of maintaining quality. It finishes by discussing how businesses decide on their locations.
5. Financial Information and Decisions
   This part introduces essential finance and accounting topics like why businesses need funding, where it can come from, and how to manage cash flow and working capital.
